Classic Roast Turkey

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole turkey (12-14 pounds)
  • Sergio's Seasoning, to taste
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 1 lemon, quartered
  • 4-5 sprigs of fresh thyme
  • 4-5 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted (or elevate with our Maitre d' Butter)

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F.
  2. Rinse the turkey inside and out, then pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Season the cavity with Sergio's Seasoning, then stuff with onion, lemon, thyme, and rosemary.
  4. Place the turkey in a roasting pan. Brush the entire surface with melted butter, and season generously with Sergio's Seasoning.
  5. Roast uncovered, basting every 30 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F in the thickest part of the thigh.
  6. Let the turkey rest for 20-30 minutes before carving.

Creamy Mashed Potatoes

    Ingredients:

    • 5 pounds potatoes, peeled and quartered
    • 1 cup warm milk
    • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (for added decadence, use our Maitre d' Butter)
    • Sergio's Seasoning, to taste
    • Chopped chives for garnish

    Directions:

    1. Boil potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and return to the pot.
    2. Mash the potatoes, gradually adding warm milk and butter until creamy.
    3. Sprinkle with Sergio's Seasoning to taste.
    4. Garnish with chopped chives before serving.

    Traditional Stuffing

      Ingredients:

      • 1 loaf of day-old bread, cubed
      • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (for some garlic herb goodness, use Maitre d' Butter)

      • 2 celery stalks, chopped
      • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
      • 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
      • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

      Directions:

      1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
      2. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté onion, celery, and garlic until softened.
      3. In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, sautéed vegetables, parsley, and Sergio's Seasoning.
      4. Gradually add broth, mixing until the stuffing is moist but not soggy.
      5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 30-40 minutes, until golden brown.

      Cranberry Orange Sauce

        Ingredients:

        • 12 ounces fresh cranberries
        • 1 cup orange juice
        • 1 cup granulated sugar
        • Zest of 1 orange

        Directions:

        1. In a saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice, and sugar.
        2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens (about 10-15 minutes).
        3. Remove from heat and stir in orange zest.
        4. Let it cool before serving.

        Pumpkin Pie

          Ingredients:

          • 1 9-inch unbaked pie crust
          • 1 3/4 cups canned pumpkin purée
          • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
          • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
          • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
          • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
          • 2 large eggs
          • 1 cup evaporated milk

          Directions:
