Here’s how to make this tantalizing dish for your next dinner at home:

Ingredients:

Salmon & Asparagus

Bowtie Garlic Butter:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 – 1 1/2 tablespoons Bowtie Seasoning (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill

Directions:

  1. Rinse the fillets and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  3. Line a baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup.
  4. Add asparagus to the baking sheet and drizzle with 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil, then sprinkle with 1 1/2 teaspoons Bowtie Seasoning.
  5. Toss to coat, then push to the sides of the pan to make room for the salmon down the middle (the asparagus will be overlapping, which is okay).
  6. Place a long piece of foil in between the asparagus. Spray with cooking spray then add salmon skin side down (if it has it) and fold foil up around the sides of the salmon to create a boat (don’t cover); set aside.
  7. Add the butter and minced garlic cloves to a medium bowl and microwave until butter is melted.
  8. Whisk in all remaining Bowtie Butter ingredients. Pour evenly all over the salmon.
  9. Bake for 12 to 16 minutes or until salmon is almost opaque throughout (it should have an internal temp of 125-130°F at the thickest part) and easily flakes with a fork.
  10. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
  11. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and sprinkle with Sergio’s Seasoning (to taste).
  12. Enjoy!
