About this box

Inspired by our Italian heritage and patrons, we created The Bambino, which means "child." This box includes two (2) of our Signature Cuts, Au Jus, Maitre D' Butter, Spotify Playlist, and Recipes. If you're looking for the perfect meal for two - look no further than "The Bambino." Choose your cuts and enjoy! Each ribeye is ~22oz and each filet is ~8oz.

What's inside every box:

  • 2 Signature Cuts, choose 2 USDA Prime 22 oz Ribeyes, 2 USDA Prime 8 oz Filets, or Mix and Match with one of each!
  • 5 oz Maitre d'Butter house-made at the restaurant with garlic and herbs, perfect finishing touch to a steak 
  • 2 oz Au Jus at the restaurant we serve every steak with a ladle of Au Jus, we've sent you the same to replicate the experience at home
  • 4 oz of our Sergio's Seasoning, made in-house for your dinner table.

We butcher all our meat in-house, which means no one steak is alike. Some end up extra-large even more than 22 oz, some are slightly smaller at 20 oz but on average our steaks are 22 oz.

This bundle features steak hand carved from two separate primal sections - beef rib and tenderloin. The perfect combination of juiciness and tenderness. Both USDA Prime cuts offer distinctive profiles. The Ribeyes feature picture perfect marbling. The filets are tender enough to cut with a dull butter knife.

All of our USDA Prime Signature Cuts are wet-aged for 30 days to maximize tenderness and flavor. The result is a rich meaty flavor that melts in your mouth. The Filets are buttery and the Ribeyes are decadent. It's true - you can taste quality.

Cooking method

Reverse sear

Ingredients

3 garlic cloves, crushed
3 Tbsp butter per steak
4 sprigs of rosemary
Kosher Salt
Black Pepper
Seasoned Salt

COOKING

30 minutes prior to cooking, remove steaks from the refrigerator to come up to room temperature. Preheat the oven to 225° and place an oven rack in the middle of the oven.
