Sergio's Seasoning: The perfect standalone seasoning for steaks or as a base for chicken, seafood, and more. This salt & pepper blend is used on every steak served at Golden Steer Steakhouse in Las Vegas.

Ingredients:  Salt, Spice, Celery Salt, Onion, Garlic, Turmeric, Paprika (Proprietary Blend)

Bowtie: This seasoning blend is best used on seafood. The lemon pepper base is balanced perfectly with a kick of heat or as we like to say lemon with a distinguished touch of pepper.

Ingredients: Sea Salt, Garlic, Onion, Spices, Sugar, Citric Acid, Lemon Oil, Lemon Juice, Cayenne, Turmeric, Oregano Ground & less than 2% Silicon Dioxide to prevent caking

Table 40: Our choice for chicken and vegetables. This whole herb blend is combined with warm notes from tomatoes that add a savory taste to any dish.

Ingredients:  Onion, Garlic, Powdered Tomato, Thyme, Rosemary, Mexican Oregano, Spices (Proprietary Blend)

The Outlaw Rub: This delectable blend of smoky, sweet, and spicy flavors infuses irresistible taste while also tenderizing the meat, resulting in juicier, more flavorful bites, no matter the dish.

Ingredients:  Paprika, Chili Powder Dark [Spices including chilies and garlic, Sea Salt, Garlic and <2% silicon dioxide to prevent caking], Crystalized Lime (citric acid, lime oil, lime juice), Chili Powder Light [Spices including chilies and cumin, Paprika, Sea Salt, Garlic and <2% silicon dioxide to prevent caking], Red Chili, Cumin, Cayenne, Citric Acid, Coriander, Tamarind, Salt, Garlic Powder, Cajun [Garlic, Spices including Paprika, Oregano, Red Pepper, Salt, and Onion]
