Our Jumbo Western Australian Lobster Tails are so beloved the Golden Steer became TikTok famous for a video of dunking them in our lobster butter. Now you can recreate the moment yourself.

Why do we include a range on our lobster tails? All our lobster tails come directly from Australia, straight from the reef. No two lobsters are alike. Some end up extra-large even more than our top end of the range and some are slightly smaller at the lowest range but on average our lobster tails are the highest end of the range.

Our Lobsters

At the Golden Steer Steakhouse, we serve Jumbo Cold Water Western Australian Lobster Tail - the lobster that’s the best of both worlds. This lobster is a cold water spiny lobster and it's massive. It takes 7 years for Spiny Lobsters to grow to this size compared to their Maine counterparts, which would take over 14 years. The older the Lobster the chewier and tougher the Lobster meat. The end result - our Jumbo Cold Water Western Australian Lobster Tails have 25% more meat in their tail than what you'll typically find in Maine. The taste is far superior to warm water lobsters because the meat is firmer and not mushy, and it has a clean, sweet flavor that’s not fishy.

The most amazing tasty lobster I’ve ever had! Bought this as a Valentine’s Day dinner for my boyfriend and made it with lobster rigatoni. He loved it! Shipping was fast. These lobster tails are huge! I grew up with Maine lobsters, but these tails are so much bigger. The meat also tastes different, a little sweeter which I love. I will definitely be ordering them again!

Largest Lobster Tails EVER!

These lobster tails are huge! I have never seen anything like them! The butter is fantastic and it is so easy to take the entire tail and dip it into the container. The lobster itself is sweet, flavorful and buttery. This is a treat I can't wait to have again!
