Inside our exclusive Mother's Day box is your choice of our USDA Prime Signature cuts, Creamed Spinach, larger-than-life Twice Baked Potatoes, Signature Maitre D' Butter, and Housemade Au Jus. What's inside every box:

  • Your choice of 2 or 4 Signature Cuts, select USDA Prime 22 oz Ribeyes or USDA Prime 8 oz Filets. Each steak is hand-carved just for you by our butchers
  • 2 or 4 Twice Baked Potatoes filled with cheese, bacon, herbs, butter, salt, pepper, and proprietary seasoning blend.
  • 1 or 2 servings of our 16 oz Creamed Spinach with a touch of Pernod, an anise-flavored liquor. Decadent and delicious.
  • 5 oz Maitre d'Butter house-made at the restaurant with garlic and herbs, perfect finishing touch to a steak. (Serves 6)
  • 2 oz of our housemade Au Jus. Every steak served at the restaurant comes with a ladle of our housemade Au Jus, we've included this to replicate the same taste at home. (Serves 4)
  • 4 custom-created Cherries Jubilee Chocolate Truffles, crafted exclusively for the Golden Steer to taste like our famous tableside dessert at the Golden Steer Steakhouse.

Why do we include a range on our steaks? We butcher all our meat in-house, which means no one steak is alike. Some end up extra-large even more than our top end of the range and some are slightly smaller at the lowest range but on average our steaks are the highest end of the range.

Golden Steer Steak Company offers three primal sections - beef rib, tomahawk, and tenderloin. The perfect combination of juiciness and tenderness. All three USDA Prime cuts offer distinctive profiles. The Ribeyes feature picture perfect marbling. The filets are tender enough to cut with a dull butter knife. The Tomahawks offer the tenderness of wet-aged steak and the nuttiness of dry-aged beef.

These USDA Prime Tomahawks are our only dry-aged steak cut. This steak is incredibly special as it was first wet-aged for 30 days then dry-aged for 60 days. The result is the perfect blend of tenderness of wet-aged steak and the nuttiness of dry-aged beef.
