Our USDA Prime 38 oz Tomahawks are wet-aged for 30 days to maximize tenderness and flavor. We source our Tomahawks from Creekstone farms, which only uses 100% Black Angus Cattle. This is the purest Tomahawk you can get on the market. The result is a rich meaty flavor that melts in your mouth.

Cooking method

Reverse sear

Ingredients

3 garlic cloves, crushed
3 Tbsp butter per steak
4 sprigs of rosemary
Kosher Salt
Black Pepper
Seasoned Salt

COOKING

30 minutes prior to cooking, remove steaks from the refrigerator to come up to room temperature. Preheat the oven to 225° and place an oven rack in the middle of the oven.

I ordered the Champ to surprise my dad for his birthday and he loved it! The tomahawk was huge and more than enough for my parents, partner, and I. My dad also really appreciated the recipe cards, made things super easy for all of us.

I bought this Tomahawk for a date night dinner and it was fabulous. This was my first time cooking a Tomahawk and the instructions included made it so easy, I felt like a pro! My husband, when seeing the meal said to me finally a steak big enough for my massive appetite but lets be real, this steak is too big for two people so I had the left overs the next day with a salad for both lunch and dinner and it was divine!

WOW THIS WAS HUGE

At first, I thought this was super expensive then I saw that it feeds 4 so I figured I would give it a try and WOW it really is massive. 1 definitely served all four of us and we were full. It was a bit intimidating cooking the tomahawk but the cooking instructions were super easy to follow
