Our USDA Prime 38 oz Tomahawks are wet-aged for 30 days to maximize tenderness and flavor. We source our Tomahawks from Creekstone farms, which only uses 100% Black Angus Cattle. This is the purest Tomahawk you can get on the market. The result is a rich meaty flavor that melts in your mouth.

Cooking method

Reverse sear

Ingredients

3 garlic cloves, crushed
3 Tbsp butter per steak
4 sprigs of rosemary
Kosher Salt
Black Pepper
Seasoned Salt

COOKING

30 minutes prior to cooking, remove steaks from the refrigerator to come up to room temperature. Preheat the oven to 225° and place an oven rack in the middle of the oven.
