Why do we include a range on our steaks? We butcher all our meat in-house, which means no one steak is alike. Some end up extra-large even more than our top end of the range and some are slightly smaller at the lowest range but on average our steaks are the highest end of the range.

Our ribeyes are the creme de la creme of American Beef. The bone insulates the meat, which retains the juiciness and moisture of the steak. Each steak has decadent marbling for a juicy, tender flavor throughout. Our New York Strips are beloved for their texture and true beefy flavor. NY Strips are adored because it has similar tenderness as a filet with the marbling from a Ribeye.
