Inspired by our Italian heritage and patrons, we created The Bambino, which means "child." If you're looking for the perfect meal for two - look no further than "The Bambino." Choose from two of our famous signature cuts - USDA-certified Prime Filet Mignon and Prime Bone-In Ribeye - and enjoy!

We butcher all our meat in-house, which means no one steak is alike. Our average Ribeye steak weighs 20 oz - 22 oz, and our average filet weighs between 6 oz and 10 oz, depending on the individual cut.

We only use the top 6% of beef in America. Our USDA Prime steaks feature a perfectly marbled and juicy flavor profile.

Our steaks are purposefully wet-aged for 30 days to maximize tenderness and are hand-carved by our butchers.

Our steaks are securely packed so that they arrive perfectly intact, no matter the journey.
