This whole-herb Italian blend is combined with warm notes from tomatoes that add a savory taste to any dish. Our choice for chicken and vegetables but this seasoning blend is welcome whenever you’re trying to warm up the taste of a dish.

Secrets from the Steer

During the 1970s and 80s when the mob ruled Vegas, the Golden Steer was considered neutral ground. Mob families would come to dine at the Steer, discussing their deals in secret. Tony Spilotro, an enforcer for the Chicago Outfit, frequently dined at Table 40 at the Steer. His last known appearance was at our steakhouse before his “disappearance.”
