The Bambino Recipe: Claudia's Steak Dinner

@cacauzinha1 prepared a heartwarming and gourmet twist on a classic steak dish to enjoy with her family this Mother's Day. This seared ribeye steak is paired with our delectable Maitre d’ Butter, crispy roasted green beans, and creamy garlic mashed potatoes. It's the perfect sentimental and delicious meal to celebrate Mother's Day and all of the wonderful memories you've shared with your loved one.

Here's what you'll need to make this sentimental and delicious recipe:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Season your ribeye steaks with Sergio's Seasoning, making sure to coat both sides of the steak evenly.
  3. Heat a skillet on medium to high heat. Once heated, add the ribeye steaks to the skillet and sear for 4 minutes on one side without moving it.
  4. Flip the steak over and place it in the preheated oven to cook until it reaches your desired internal temperature.
  5. To make the garlic mashed potatoes, place the peeled and cut potatoes in a large pot and add enough water to cover them. Add a pinch of Sergio's Seasoning and bring the water to a boil. Cook the potatoes until they are tender when pierced with a fork, about 15 minutes. Drain the potatoes and add the milk and Maitre d'Butter. Mash the potatoes until they are smooth. Season with Sergio's Seasoning to taste.
  6. In a separate bowl, toss the green beans with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and Sergio's Seasoning to taste. Arrange the green beans in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until tender and slightly crispy.
  7. Once the steak is cooked to your desired temperature, remove it from the oven and allow it to rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Add a dollop of the Maitre d'Butter on top of the steak and allow it to melt.
  9. Serve the steak alongside the creamy garlic mashed potatoes and roasted green beans.

This recipe is the perfect sentimental and delicious meal to celebrate Mother's Day. It's a gourmet twist on a classic steak dish that will show your mother or grandmother just how much they mean to you. Share this recipe with the special women in your life and enjoy a cozy and sentimental meal together.
